Mandaté par différents services de l'état de Genève, l'institut dispense diverses formations pour les salariés de la construction. Il s'agit de formations initiales (apprentissage), ainsi que de formations continues et de perfectionnement (A32, machinistes et grutiers, élingage, etc.). Dans le cadre du développement de nos projets, nous recherchons un\\-e \\Assistant\\-e en gestion administrative des formations à 100 %\\ \\Vos missions principales\\ \* Gestion des dossiers d'inscription, administration des convocations aux cours et examens,édition des certificats, permis et attestations \* Gestion d'un ERP \* Correspondance, orientation des candidats et des entreprises sur l'accessibilité aux formations \* Gestion de la facturation, gestion documentaire comptable et collaboration avec le service comptabilité \* Participation à la planification des cours et formations \* Tenue de procès\\-verbaux des différentes commissions \* Assistance aux formateurs et collaboration transversale entre les différents secteurs de formation \* Participation à la promotion des métiers \\Votre profil\\ \* Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un CFC d'employé\\-e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent \* Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour la formation et le domaine de la construction \* Vous justifiez d'une expérience dans les métiers du bâtiment en Suisse \* Vous avez de l'aisance avec les chiffres et de bonnes notions de comptabilité \* Vous vous reconnaissez dans les valeurs institutionnelles et associatives nécessitant polyvalence, flexibilité, discrétion, sens du service, engagement et loyauté \* Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux\\-se et organisé\\-e afin de respecter les délais \* Votre capacité rédactionnelle, ainsi que votre orthographe sont irréprochables \* Vous maitrisez parfaitement le Pack Office, la mise à jour d'un site internet et d'un ERP \* Vous avez un fort esprit d'équipe et un sens aiguisé de l'accueil Entrée en fonction de suite ou à convenir.
