Dans ce poste d-assistant, vous accompagnez tout, des visites d-appartements à la sélection des locataires, et soutenez notre équipe de gestion à Wallisellen dans la prise en charge d-un portefeuille immobilier passionnant. ###

Vos tâches en détail

  • Traitement des demandes des locataires et des résiliations
  • Rédaction des contrats de location, avenants ainsi que des décomptes finaux
  • Réalisation des visites pour biens résidentiels et commerciaux, états des lieux d-entrée et de sortie
  • Passation des commandes aux artisans et suivi de leur exécution
  • Réalisation autonome des vérifications de solvabilité et publication des annonces de location
  • Participation aux prises de mandat et aux départs
  • Participation à la gestion des sinistres jusqu-au règlement avec les compagnies d-assurance
  • Soutien à la comptabilité fournisseurs et clients (contrôle, imputation, relances, recouvrement, etc.)
  • Gestion autonome de la correspondance ainsi que des tâches générales de bureau, secrétariat, classement et archivage

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale de base achevée
  • Idéalement au moins 1 an d-expérience professionnelle en gestion immobilière
  • Maîtrise parfaite de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit, des connaissances en anglais sont un atout
  • Vous êtes un talent de l-organisation avec une bonne vue d-ensemble et rien ne vous échappe rapidement
  • Vous réagissez avec calme et sérénité même dans des situations difficiles
