La Pharmacie des Hôpitaux de l-Est Lémanique (PHEL) est responsable de l-approvisionnement en médicaments et de l-assistance pharmaceutique des hôpitaux, ainsi que de différents établissements de soins de l-Est lémanique (dont l-Hôpital Riviera-Chablais, Vaud-Valais).

Pour compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons un·e :

Assistant en pharmacie H/F à 100 %

Les missions principales de ce poste sont ###

·      Préparation, distribution et facturation des médicaments et du matériel commandés par les services : site de Rennaz, sites externes : Fondation de Nant, Hôpital de Lavaux et Fondation Rive-Neuve, à l-aide du logiciel Opale

·      Validation des ordonnances internes en délégation des pharmaciens

·      Gestion et suivi du stock des unités de soins

·      Approvisionnement des armoires sécurisées informatisées dans les unités de soins (site de Rennaz)

·      Commandes des médicaments à la PHEL (sites externes)

·      Gestion et suivi du stock de la pharmacie (sites externes)

Nous demandons ###

·      Un CFC d-assistante en pharmacie ou un titre jugé équivalent, ainsi qu-un permis de conduire valable (véhicule privé nécessaire)

·      Une personnalité dynamique et motivée aimant les responsabilités, autonome et polyvalente

·      Une flexibilité par rapport aux horaires, lieux de travail et activités

·      Une connaissance de base des outils informatiques Word et Excel ; la connaissance du logiciel Opale serait un atout

·      Une expérience en milieu hospitalier serait un atout supplémentaire
