Assistant en soins et santé communautaire - ASSC en soins à domicile (H/F)

Votre mission

  • Effectuer, sur délégation, des actes médico-techniques
  • Contrôler et analyser les paramètres vitaux
  • Préparer et administrer les médicaments
  • Effectuer les réfections de pansements selon les protocoles établis
  • Documenter correctement le dossier de soins

Compétences requises:

  • Autonomie
  • Sens de l'écoute et de la communication développés
  • Capacité d'adaptation face aux changements et aux situations variées

Votre profil:

  • Titulaire d'un CFC d'Assistant en Soins et Santé Communautaire ou d'une reconnaissance Suisse équivalente
  • Maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
