Nous recherchons plusieurs Assistant(e)s en soins et santé communautaire (H/F/All) passionné(e)s et motivé(e)s pour des missions temporaires ponctuelles ainsi que pour des engagements de plus longue durée, à débuter immédiatement ou selon convenance.

Profil recherché

  • Titulaire d'un CFC d'assistant(e) en soins et santé communautaire
  • Personne dynamique, impliquée, autonome et responsable
  • Minimum une année d'expérience en soins aigus (obligatoire)
  • Maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Disponibilité pour des missions variées dans différents services selon les besoins

Vos responsabilités

  • Surveiller l'état de santé des patients et signaler toute anomalie
  • Travailler en binôme avec une infirmière
  • Executer les soins et la surveillance délégués par le personnel infirmier
  • Participer à la mise en oeuvre des soins définis par l'équipe médicale
  • Contribuer au bien\-être des patients et à la qualité globale des soins
  • Assurer des transmissions fiables pour garantir la continuité de l'information
  • Être disponible rapidement pour des horaires de jour et ou de nuit
