-Assist in managing, training, and motivating the housekeeping team to meet and exceed service standards. -Conduct regular training sessions on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service expectations. -Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism. -Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. -Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards. -Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. -Assist with ordering, managing, and controlling housekeeping supplies and equipment. -Ensure proper stock levels of cleaning materials, linens, and guest amenities. -Track and report inventory usage, ensuring no shortages or overstocking occurs. -Assist with planning and coordinating housekeeping schedules to optimize staff efficiency. -Monitor and manage the daily work schedules for housekeepers and room attendants. -Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of housekeeping equipment. -Ensure that all guest requests related to housekeeping are addressed promptly and professionally. -Communication with other departments, including Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations. -Handle special requests and VIP guest needs to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. -Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to by the housekeeping team. -Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all housekeeping staff. -Assist with the preparation of reports on housekeeping activities. -Handle administrative tasks related to housekeeping operations.
