Nous recherchons un.e Assistant.e juridique / Corporate Paralegal pour rejoindre une entreprise internationale située dans la région de Nyon et soutenir ses activités juridiques, corporate et administratives dans un environnement multijuridictionnel.

Responsabilités principales

Assurer le suivi administratif et documentaire de plusieurs sociétés et entités du groupe Participer à la préparation des assemblées générales, conseils d'administration, résolutions, procès-verbaux et autres documents corporate Tenir à jour les dossiers des sociétés, registres, organigrammes, pouvoirs de signature et échéances juridiques Coordonner les formalités auprès des registres, notaires, administrations, conseils externes et prestataires locaux Organiser les circuits d'approbation et de signature, assurer les relances et le classement des documents signés Participer au suivi administratif de contrats, procurations, délégations et documents juridiques Contribuer aux processus KYC, AML, due diligence et collecte de documents corporate Maintenir les bases de données, outils de suivi et systèmes de gestion documentaire Préparer des reportings et assurer un suivi rigoureux des priorités et échéances Participer à l'amélioration et à la digitalisation des processus juridiques internes Profil recherché Formation d'assistant.e juridique, paralegal, secrétariat juridique ou qualification jugée équivalente Expérience confirmée au sein d'un département juridique, d'une fonction corporate, d'une fiduciaire ou d'un cabinet d'avocats Expérience pratique en secrétariat juridique corporate, gouvernance ou gestion administrative de sociétés Connaissance des assemblées générales, conseils d'administration, procès-verbaux, résolutions, procurations ou registres statutaires Expérience dans le suivi de plusieurs entités ou juridictions fortement appréciée Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel, notamment à l'écrit Bonne maîtrise du français fortement souhaitée ; toute autre langue constitue un atout Excellentes capacités d'organisation, rigueur et attention aux détails Aisance dans la coordination, les relances et le suivi de dossiers sensibles Discrétion, sens du service et aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités Permis de travail suisse valide ou droit de travailler en Suisse indispensable
