Sie vertreten Brands wie Kikkoman, Sal de Ibiza und Cipriani Food \& Drinks und lancieren Lebensmittel\-Innovationen auf den Markt. Das Sortiment umfasst rund 450 Produkte, von Halbfabrikaten über Convenience\-Produkte bis zu Delikatessen.

Assistant Quality Management (40\-60%) ======================================

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Unterstützung im Quality Management, Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung der Lebensmittelsicherheit sowie Mitarbeit als HACCP\-Teammitglied
  • Mithilfe bei Organisation, Koordination und Durchführung von Q\- sowie Label\-Zertifizierungen (z.B. IFS Broker, Bio, MSC)
  • Selbständige Organisation und Durchführung interner Audits als interne/r Auditor/in
  • Mitwirkung bei der Anordnung chemischer sowie mikrobiologischer Untersuchungen und Durchführung der jährlichen Lieferantenbeurteilungen
  • Bearbeiten von Kunden\- als auch Lieferantenbeanstandungen
  • Spezifikationsmanagement und Pflege von Artikelstammdaten
  • Laufende Kommunikation mit den Qualitätsabteilungen von Kunden und Lieferanten sowie Betreuung externer Partner (z. B. Berater, Labore)
  • Pflege des CRM und des Projektmanagementsystems sowie Verantwortung für die Physische Ablage im zugeteilten Aufgabenbereich
  • Verschiedene administrative Aufgaben, zur Gewährleistung eines hohen Dienstleistungs\-Niveaus

Deine Kompetenzen:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Grundbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement, von Vorteil im Lebensmittelbereich
  • Arbeitseinsatz: Die Position wird vollständig vor Ort ausgeübt. Die Arbeitstage können je nach Pensum flexibel gestaltet werden. Ein ganzer Arbeitstag am Dienstag oder Donnerstag ist dabei zwingend erforderlich.
  • Fundierte MS\-Office Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte und prozessorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Kommunikative, offene und unkomplizierte Art mit vernetzter Denkfähigkeit
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und hohe Food\-Affinität
