Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen und professionellen Ablauf an der Front
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Ihrem Team 
  • Persönliche und aufmerksame Betreuung der anspruchsvollen Gäste
  • Koordination und Begleitung exklusiver Veranstaltungen
  • Aktive Gastgeberrolle, Präsenz an der Front
  • Organisation regelmässiger Teammeetings sowie Erstellung der Arbeits- und Ferienplanung
  • Gewährleistung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und einem gepflegten Gesamtbild im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Professioneller Umgang mit individuellen Gästewünschen und besonderen Situationen
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitenden

Qualifikation & Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität 
  • Stilsicheres, gepflegtes Auftreten 
  • Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit  Hands-On Mentalität
  • Begeisterung für Wein und Kulinarik
  • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch fliessend
