Dein Arbeitsalltag -Gewährleisten eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufes unter Berücksichtigung der internen Servicestandards. -Effizienter Service sowie aktiven Verkauf am Gast -Mitverantwortung der Tagesabschlüsse -Mitverantwortung für die Inventur, die Umsetzung des HACCP sowie für die --Weiterentwicklung der betriebsinternen Prozesse im Outlet. -Das Pflegen unserer Gästekartei sowie das Ausbauen der bestehenden Stammkunden -Individuelle Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Mitarbeiterschulungen sowie die Ausbildung von Restaurationsfach – Lernenden. -Unterstützung des Restaurant Manager bei Teamorganisation und Einsatzplanung sowie bei administrativen Aufgaben -Vertretung des Restaurant Managers bei dessen Abwesenheit

Was wir uns von dir wünschen -Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Restaurationsfachmann/frau oder Hotelfachschule -Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der 5 Sterne Hotellerie -Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und idealerweise Kenntnisse der LQA und SDH Standards -Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Wein-, und Getränkekunde
