Pour notre client, un établissement reconnu pour ses standards d'excellence et son environnement exigeant, nous recherchons pour renforcer son équipe des ressources humaines un(e)

Assistant(e) RH à 100% H/F

Description du poste --------------------

  • Assurer la gestion administrative RH pour une large population
  • Participer au suivi du cycle de vie des collaborateurs (entrées, sorties, contrats, absences)
  • Veiller à l'application des réglementations suisses en vigueur
  • Contribuer à la qualité du service RH dans un environnement haut de gamme

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Au bénéfice du Certificat gestionnaire RH
  • Expérience de 1 à 3 ans en administration des ressources humaines
  • Bonne connaissance du droit du travail suisse, première expérience professionnelle en Suisse indispensable
  • Expérience idéalement dans les secteurs de l'hôtellerie, le tourisme ou le luxe
  • Excellente présentation, goût pour le contact humain
  • Discrétion, rigueur et sens du service
