Pour notre client, une entreprise horlogère basée en Ajoie, nous sommes à la recherche d'une :

ASSISTANTE RH à 100% (H/F)

Tâches & responsabilités : Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous êtes responsable de la gestion administrative du personnel et assumez toutes les tâches administratives inhérentes aux ressources humaines. Par votre proactivité, votre travail méthodique et votre sens de l'organisation, vous apportez un service qualitatif au personnel afin de satisfaire les besoins des collaborateurs de manière optimale.

Vos responsabilités comprennent notamment les tâches suivantes : - Responsabilité de l'ensemble de l'administration du personnel comprenant l'accueil et les contacts téléphoniques. - Gestion administrative du personnel comprenant la gestion des temps, les démarches administratives légales, les demandes d'autorisations de travail, les déclarations maladie et accident, les demandes d'allocations maternité et familiales, les attestations employeur et gains intermédiaires pour le chômage, l'établissement d'attestations et certificats de travail. - Gestion des entrées et sorties du personnel interne - Support administratif au département RH - Accueil physique et téléphonique du département RH - Réception, traitement et expédition du courrier et des correspondances générales - Participation aux recrutements

Profil : - CFC d'employée de commerce ou équivalent, idéalement complétée par un certificat d'assistante en gestion du personnel - Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans les ressources humaines - Fort esprit entrepreneurial, naturellement dynamique et proactive, capable de prendre des initiatives impactantes, et orientée services et solutions. - Sens de la communication et aptitudes sociales développées - Parfaite maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et de la langue française
