Engagée depuis un siècle pour le bien-être des personnes âgées en Suisse, Pro Senectute est aujourd’hui la plus grande organisation de services leur étant destinés, à elles et à leurs proches.

Suite au départ de la titulaire du poste, Pro Senectute Arc Jurassien met au concours pour son site de Delémont un poste de :

Assistant·e social·e à 60%

Mission : Favoriser le maintien de l’autonomie et de la qualité de vie, ainsi que la capacité d’intégration des personnes âgées.

Tâches principales : - Accueillir et assurer un soutien aux client·es de la consultation sociale en respectant leur liberté d’opinion et de décision, tout en les encourageant à faire des choix pour les questions qui les concernent. - Évaluer la situation sociale des client·es et de leur entourage dans leur globalité afin de les orienter et de les informer. - Fournir une aide matérielle concrète selon les besoins. - Mettre en réseau et coordonner l’action de différents acteurs (professionnels ou non-professionnels), activer et/ou mettre en place des ressources pour faire face à une situation sociale complexe. - Assurer le suivi des situations en ayant pour référence le code de déontologie de l’association suisse des professionnels de l’action sociale et en garantissant le respect du secret de fonction. - Participer à la mise en place de la politique sociale de la personne âgée.

Profil recherché : - Diplôme HES en travail social ou formation jugée équivalente. - Une formation complémentaire en gérontologie est un atout. Pour le moins, un intérêt pour le travail avec les personnes âgées est requis. - Les formations complémentaires acquises dans le cadre de formations continues constituent un atout, de même qu’une expérience préalable dans le travail avec les personnes âgées. - Bonne connaissance du réseau médico-social de l'Arc jurassien. - La maîtrise de l'allemand est un avantage. - Permis de conduire et véhicule à disposition.
