Le pôle de santé mentale est composé de deux EPSM et d-une structure de transition vers l-insertion. L-EPSM Villa Ruchonnet propose un accompagnement psycho-social à 23 femmes concernées par une problématique en santé mentale leur permettant de s-inscrire dans un processus de rétablissement dans le cadre d-une mission de maintien et de réhabilitation.

Afin de compléter les compétences de l-équipe psycho--sociale de l- EPSM la Villa Ruchonnet situé au centre de Lausanne nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) socio-éducatif(ve) à 80%-100%

 

Profil souhaité :

  • CFC d-assistant socio-éducatif ou d-assistant en soins et santé communautaire
  • Expérience en santé mentale, un atout
  • Posture orientée rétablissement
  • Expérience ou intéressé par le suivi d-entretiens et de réseaux
  • Sens de l-organisation et de la gestion des priorités
  • Dynamisme, agilité, autonomie, rigueur
  • Réflexivité et gestion des émotions
  • Permis de conduire obligatoire
