Nous recherchons pour notre client sur le canton de Genève dans le cadre de longues missions temporaires des Assistants socio\-éducatifs (H/F).

Assistant socio éducatif en EMS

Votre mission

  • Accompagnement individualisé des résidents
  • Soutien dans les projets personnels (besoins, ressources, rythme)
  • Aide aux actes de la vie quotidienne
  • Coordination avec le réseau socio\-sanitaire
  • Accompagnement aux rendez\-vous (selon besoins spécifiques)
  • Organisation d’activités individuelles et collectives
  • Promotion de la participation, de l’expression et de l’épanouissement
  • Encouragement à la vie sociale et culturelle
  • Développement de l’autonomie et de l’intégration
  • Contribution au fonctionnement de l’unité
  • Participation aux réflexions d’équipe
  • Collaboration interdisciplinaire et amélioration continue

Compétences requises:

  • CFC d’Assistant socio\-éducatif
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Connaissances du domaine psychique / public en difficulté
  • Accompagnement de personnes adultes avec troubles psychiques
  • Sensibilité aux problématiques sociales
  • Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et organisation
  • Esprit d’ouverture, adaptabilité, disponibilité
  • Travail en équipe et en interdisciplinarité
  • Bonne communication orale et écrite
  • Écoute active et empathie
  • Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit)
  • Bon niveau rédactionnel
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office
