Für unseren Store im Fashion Outlet Center Landquart suchen wir eine engagierte und verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit als Assistant Store Manager (80\-100%), die unsere Store Managerin im operativen Tagesgeschäft unterstützt, das Team motiviert und den Erfolg der Filiale aktiv mitprägt.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung der Store Managerin bei der Führung und Organisation der Filiale

* Mitverantwortung für die Erreichung der Verkaufsziele und KPI’s

* Aktiver Verkauf mit Leidenschaft und Stilgefühl

* Repräsentation der Filiale gemäss der Philosophie von COMPANYS

* Mitwirkung bei Verkaufsförderungsaktivitäten und lokalen Store\-Events

* Unterstützung bei der Warenbewirtschaftung und Einkaufsvorbereitung

* Schulung und Motivation des Verkaufspersonals

* Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil

* Erfahrung im Modeeinzelhandel, idealerweise in einer Führungsfunktion

* „Passion for people and fashion“ – Sie lieben Mode und den Umgang mit Menschen

* Erfahrung im Verkauf von Damen\- und Herrenmode

* Freude an Teamführung und Personalentwicklung

* Zielorientierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität

* Sie denken strukturiert und handeln organisiert – Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Klarheit, Verlässlichkeit und einem Blick fürs Wesentliche

* Sie bringen visuelle Stärke mit – Sie verstehen, wie Mode durch ansprechende Präsentation zum Erlebnis wird und setzen Produkte gekonnt in Szene

* Sie identifizieren sich mit „Ihrer Filiale“ und bringen sich mit Herzblut ein
