Vous êtes un interlocuteur privilégié entre notre entreprise et nos partenaires et veillez au bon déroulement des commandes, des achats et des différents flux. Vous contribuez également à la qualité des données, au respect des processus et à l'amélioration continue des activités du Supplier Management. Vos responsabilités -------------------- ### Gestion et suivi des fournisseurs \* Communiquer quotidiennement avec les fournisseurs italiens et assurer le suivi de leurs demandes; \* Suivre les commandes, les délais, les livraisons et les éventuels écarts; \* Effectuer les relances nécessaires et assurer le suivi des actions jusqu'à leur résolution; \* Assurer une bonne coordination entre les fournisseurs et les différents services internes; \* Consulter les fournisseurs et comparer les offres et conditions d'achat; \* Identifier les éventuels problèmes ou dysfonctionnements et en assurer le suivi avec le/la Supplier Manager. ### Suivi de l'activité \* Suivre les indicateurs liés à l'activité et à la performance des fournisseurs; \* Contribuer à l'analyse des résultats et au suivi des objectifs; \* Participer à l'amélioration des méthodes de travail, des outils et des processus; \* Appliquer et faire vivre les procédures et bonnes pratiques du service. ### Gestion administrative et ERP \* Mettre à jour l'ERP : prix fournisseurs, conditions d'achat, fiches articles et autres données nécessaires; \* Assurer le suivi administratif et la mise à jour des dossiers fournisseurs; \* Veiller à la qualité et à la fiabilité des données saisies; \* Assurer le suivi des documents nécessaires au bon déroulement des achats; \* Collaborer avec les différents départements, notamment avec le service Finance, pour le suivi des facturations liées aux achats et aux stocks d'échantillons. Votre profil ------------ \* Formation commerciale, administrative, achats, logistique ou formation jugée équivalente; \* Une première expérience dans les achats, la gestion fournisseurs, l'administration des ventes ou un domaine similaire est un atout; \* Excellente maîtrise du français, l'italien et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit; \* À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et idéalement avec un ERP; \* Permis de conduire indispensable.
