Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Visual suchen wir per 01.10.2026, am Standort Aarau, eine\n motivierte\n und engagierte\*n Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager (m/w/d), 100%. ##

Deine Verantwortung

  • Du unterstützt die Planung und Koordination der Visual Konzepte in den Bereichen Non Food, Supermarkt und Restaurant.
  • Du setzt erfolgreich das Visual Merchandising auf der Verkaufsfläche und in den Schaufenstern um (inkl. Beleuchtung).
  • Du führst selbstständig Umbauten, Events und Projekte durch.
  • Du führst regelmässig Qualitätskontrollen zur Umsetzung des Visual Merchandisings durch (Preisbeschriftung etc.).
  • Du bist für die Verwaltung des Bestellwesens von Visual Material verantwortlich.
  • Du unterstützt den/die Visual Manager\*in bei der personellen Führung des Visual Teams.
  • Du betreust die Lernenden in ihrer Ausbildung zum Polydesigner 3D / zur Polydesignerin 3D.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast iealerweise eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Dekorationsgestalter\in EFZ oder als Polydesigner\in 3D EFZ.
  • Du hast den Berufsbildnerkurs erfolgreich absolviert.
  • Du hast eine Affinität für Mode und kennst die aktuellen Trends.
  • Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen.
  • Du besitzt gute handwerkliche Fähigkeiten und hast eine Hands-On Mentalität.
  • Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Farben und Formen sowie deren Kombinationen mit.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse von Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator und kennst dich gut aus mit allen gängigen Office-Anwendungen.
  • Du verfügst über eine rasche Auffassungsgabe vor allem im digitalen Umfeld.
  • Du sprichts fliessend Deutsch und verfügst von Vorteil über Kenntnisse einer weiteren Landessprache.
