Description du poste : Afin de renforcer notre équipe, Opus Emploi SA Sierre recherche une assistante administrative expérimentée dans le domaine du travail temporaire et du placement de personnel.

Nous recherchons une personne organisée, autonome et à l’aise avec les tâches administratives propres à une agence de placement.

Vos tâches :

Gestion administrative des dossiers des collaborateurs temporaires Établissement et suivi des contrats de mission Gestion des entrées et sorties du personnel Suivi des heures, absences et documents administratifs Préparation et contrôle des dossiers collaborateurs Contacts téléphoniques et écrits avec les collaborateurs et les entreprises clientes Gestion des e-mails, courriers et tâches administratives courantes Mise à jour des données dans les logiciels de gestion Soutien administratif aux consultants Classement, archivage et suivi des documents Participation au bon fonctionnement administratif quotidien de l’agence

Votre profil :

CFC d’employé(e) de commerce ou formation équivalente Expérience en agence de travail temporaire / placement de personnel indispensable Bonne connaissance de l’administration liée au personnel temporaire Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels Personne organisée, rigoureuse, autonome et fiable À l’aise avec la clientèle et les contacts téléphoniques Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément Sens des priorités et bon esprit d’équipe

Lieu de travail : Sierre

Entrée en fonction : De suite ou à convenir

Taux d’activité : Entre 50% à 80%
