Pour notre agence de Sion/Monthey, nous sommes à la recherche d-un/e:                                Assistante administrative (h/f) à 100%                                      Lieu de travail : Monthey/Sion  

Votre mission

En tant qu'Assistant/e, vous êtes le premier point de contact de Manpower pour les candidats. Vous contribuez activement à la satisfaction des clients de votre agence et prenez en charge toutes les tâches administratives au sein de celle-ci.

 

Vos responsabilités

 Responsabilité de l-ensemble de l'administration comprenant l-accueil et les   contacts téléphoniques avec les candidats et les clients

· Gestion complète du cycle de vie administratif des collaborateurs temporaires

· Gestion administrative des missions du personnel temporaire comprenant la validation des heures des candidats, les démarches administratives légales et demandes de permis de travail

· Etablissement d-attestations et certificats de travail

· Support administratif au Branch Manager et aux consultants en placement,     mise  à jour et tenue de différents fichiers et listings

· Réception et traitement et du courrier

· Gestion et suivi des tests et évaluations de compétences des candidats

 

Votre profil

 

· CFC d´employé(-e) de commerce, titulaire du certificat RH un plus

· Expérience de 3 ans minimum dans un département administratif RH (agence de placement, un plus)

· Langue maternelle française, très bonnes connaissances d-anglais (B2)

· Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (MS Office)

· Connaissances avancées d-Excel, Easy Temp

· Notion de service, sens de la confidentialité
