Pour le compte d-un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'une Assistante commerciale (H/F)  

Vos futures responsabilités :

  • Vous assurerez l-accueil téléphonique et la réception des clients ;
  • Vous traiterez les e-mails et la correspondance ;
  • Vous préparerez et suivrez les différents dossiers administratifs ;
  • Vous établirez les factures, devis et autres documents commerciaux ;
  • Vous assurerez le classement et l-archivage des documents ;
  • Vous effectuerez le suivi des paiements et des factures ;
  • Vous serez en contact avec les clients, fournisseurs, assurances et différents partenaires ;
  • Vous organiserez et suivrez les rendez-vous ;
  • Vous organiserez et coordonnerez les transports de véhicules en Suisse et à l-étranger ;
  • Vous planifierez les enlèvements et les livraisons des véhicules ;
  • Vous serez en contact avec les transporteurs et assurerez le suivi des transports jusqu-à la livraison ;
  • Vous préparerez et contrôlerez les documents nécessaires au transport des véhicules ;
  • Vous coordonnerez les délais de livraison avec les clients, fournisseurs et partenaires ;
  • Vous assurerez le suivi administratif lié à l-achat, à la vente et au transport des véhicules ;
  • Vous apporterez un soutien administratif à la direction et à l-ensemble de l-équipe.

Votre profil :

  • Vous disposerez d-une expérience confirmée dans un poste administratif, idéalement acquise dans le secteur automobile, le transport, la logistique ou un environnement similaire.
  • Vous serez une personne autonome, responsable, fiable et parfaitement organisée, capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et de définir les priorités sans supervision constante.
  • Vous posséderez une excellente maîtrise du français, à l-oral comme à l-écrit, ainsi que de bonnes notions d-allemand, vous permettant notamment de communiquer avec nos clients, fournisseurs.
  • Vous serez à l-aise avec les outils informatiques courants et posséderez un bon sens commercial ainsi qu-une excellente capacité de communication.
  • Nous rechercherons avant tout une personne disposant d-une solide expérience professionnelle, souhaitant s-investir durablement dans l-entreprise et capable d-assumer son poste avec autonomie et professionnalisme.
