Votre mission Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du suivi et l’évaluation du projet d’accompagnement du résident. Evaluer, définir et prodiguer les soins requis du résident selon les ordres médicaux transmis. Accompagner et suppléer le résident dans les activités de la vie quotidienne conformément au projet d’accompagnement. Accompagner le résident et les proches dans les situations de crise et de fin de vie. Etre disposé à effectuer des horaires coupés et continus de jour, ainsi que deux week\-ends par mois. Votre profil CFC d’ASSC, ou titre jugé équivalent, reconnu par la Croix rouge Suisse Aptitude à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire Capacité d’organisation, sens pratique et polyvalence Capacité de réflexion et d’analyse Esprit d’équipe et capacité à favoriser la communication et les échanges Contact aisé avec les personnes âgées et intérêt pour les relations humaines Maîtrise du français, parlé et écrit.
