Fondé en 1896, le Foyer St-Joseph est un Etablissement Médico-Social accueillant des Personnes Agées, d-une capacité de 138 lits de long séjour et de 4 lits de court séjour, organisé en six services. L-institution occupe plus de 190 personnes dont 120 dans le secteur des soins, tout en maintenant une dimension humaine, nous favorisons la prise en charge individualisée. Membres de l-AVALEMS & de l-Association Ensemble contre la Douleur, pratiquant la démarche du Clown Relationnel Auguste-.

Profil

  • Certificat Fédéral de Capacité d-ASSC
  • Expérience en gériatrie est un atout
  • Connaissances de l-outil informatique

  • Sensibilité pour les aspects relationnels

Mission

  • Assurer, favoriser et veiller au bien-être physique, psychique et social des résidents en stimulant leurs ressources individuelles et en respectant leur personnalité, leur croyance religieuse.
  • En collaboration avec l-infirmière :
  • Assurer l-organisation du travail de son unité en respectant la sécurité physique et psychique des résidents.
  • Accompagner, dans le cadre du projet de soins, les résidents dont elle a la charge et suppléé aux incapacités des personnes dépendantes pour l-accomplissement des activités de la vie quotidienne.
  • Evaluer l-attitude adéquate à avoir entre confort et promotion de la santé dans nos interventions auprès des résidents.

* Contribuer à la bonne communication entre les membres de l-équipe et les autres départements.
