Introduction ###

 

Le Centre médical 1890 réunit 4 médecins et une équipe de 5 assistantes médicales autour d'une médecine de proximité, humaine et de qualité. Dans le cadre du développement de notre équipe, nous recherchons un·e assistant·e médical·e diplômé·e pour renforcer notre pôle administratif et clinique, avec un taux d'occupation de 60% à 80% .

 

Vos missions 

* Accueil physique et téléphonique des patients, gestion de l'agenda et des rendez-vous 

* Préparation des consultations et assistance technique au médecin (prises de sang, injections, pansements, ECG, etc.)

* Gestion administrative : tenue des dossiers médicaux, correspondance et facturation. Collaboration étroite avec l'équipe médicale et administrative du centre 

* Commande, gestion et contrôle du matériel médical et des stocks. Préparation et entretien des salles de consultation.

* Stérilisation et suivi de l'hygiène du cabinet selon les normes en vigueur 

 

Votre profil 

* CFC d'assistant·e médical·e (titre reconnu en Suisse) ou diplôme équivalent 

* Une première expérience en cabinet médical est un atout .

* Sens de l'accueil, de l'organisation et de la discrétion (secret médical). Excellentes compétences en communication.

* Aisance avec les outils informatiques et logiciels métiers (Mediway, Onedoc et Office)

* Bonne maîtrise du français ; la connaissance d'une autre langue nationale est un plus 

* Esprit d'équipe, ponctualité et fiabilité. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
