Introduction ###

 

DermatoClinic SA est une clinique spécialisée en dermatologie dont l'ouverture est prévue en décembre 2026 au centre de Neuchâtel. A terme, elle accueillera 3 médecins dermatologues et un chirurgien travaillant avec une équipe d'assistantes médicales. Ce nouveau cabinet de groupe va développer essentiellement une offre de dermatologie médicale avec une forte composante chirurgicale.

 

Responsabilités ###

  • Accueillir les patients (accueil physique et téléphonique)
  • Organiser la clinique : approvisionnement et mise à disposition du matériel dans les bureaux de consultations, les salles de soins et les blocs opératoires. 
  • Assister les médecins pour les actes chirurgicaux au bloc opératoire.
  • Réaliser les actes délégués sous la responsabilité des médecins : prises de sang, injections, traitements de photothérapie, actes post-chirurgicaux.
  • Gérer les correspondances par mail avec les patients 
  • Dans le cadre du processus de facturation, gérer les relations avec les assurances.

 Qualifications  ###

  • Diplôme d-assistante médicale ou infirmière.
  • Expérience préalable dans un cabinet médical ou une clinique.
  • Appétence tant pour la dimension médicale qu'administrative du poste.
  • Esprit d'équipe
  • Autonomie, sens de l'initiative, bonnes aptitudes relationnelles tant avec les patients qu'avec les médecins ou les autres assistantes.
  • Connaissances des principes de facturation Tardoc
  • Les atouts : maîtrise de Pulse Medica et pratique de l-allemand ou de l-anglais
