Nous recherchons pour un cabinet médical avec deux médecins spécialisés en médecine interne générale, et idéalement situé à Lausanne , un-e Assistante médicale ou secrétaire médicale avec formation prises de sang et injections à 60%-100%, Contrat à durée indéterminée, de suite ou à convenir

  • Accueil des patient-e-s
  • Gestion des appels téléphoniques et de la réception
  • Organisation et planification des rendez-vous
  • Tenue des dossiers
  • Lettres, courriers et mails
  • Prises de sang, injections, ECG, pansements
  • Gestion administrative courante (classement, scannage, recherche d’images, etc.)

​Une personne dont les points forts sont : - Un très bon sens de l'accueil, de l'empathie, le sens de l'initiative et l’esprit d’équipe. A l'aise avec les outils informatiques (connaissances de mediway et de la caisse des médecins, un avantage) et maîtrisant l’orthographe. L’allemand et l’anglais sont un plus. - Une personnalité souriante, fiable et dynamique, capable de travailler de manière autonome et de collaborer avec le reste de l’équipe.

Jours de travail : du lundi au jeudi, au moins les matins, et éventuellement le vendredi matin en fonction du pourcentage. Vacances : 5 semaines par année. Jours de vacances offerts pendant la période des fêtes. Vacances à coordonner avec le médecin.
