Le Service de protection et sauvetage Lausanne (SPSL) remplit des missions prioritaires de secours, de sauvetage et de prévention au profit des citoyennes et citoyens de Lausanne mais également au-delà des frontières communales en cas de besoin. Ceci représente annuellement plus de 12'000 interventions effectuées par plus de 200 collaboratrices et collaborateurs. Le service est composé des sapeurs-pompiers professionnel-le-s, des ambulances, du poste médical avancé, de la protection civile, de la police du feu et du centre de formation de la Rama. Vous êtes au bénéfice du certificat de gestionnaire RH et disposez d'une expérience dans l'assistanat administratif ? Vous appréciez le travail administratif, êtes reconnu-e pour votre rigueur et votre sens de l'organisation ? Vous souhaitez mettre vos compétences au service des ressources humaines et contribuer au bon fonctionnement d'un service opérationnel essentiel à la population ?

Mission(s) principale(s) ###

Réaliser les activités administratives en lien avec le cycle de vie du personnel

Traiter les mutations contractuelles et les éléments variables de paie

Rédiger ou collaborer à la rédaction de différents courriers et attestations

Assurer le contrôle des temps et la gestion administrative des absences (Polypoint)

Répondre aux questions des collaborateurs et collaboratrices en lien avec ses activités

Effectuer le suivi et la mise à jour des données et des tableaux de bord RH

Soutenir la responsable RH

Profil ###

CFC d'employé-e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent

Certificat d'assistant-e en gestion du personnel

Minimum 3 années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine

Aptitude à gérer une charge de travail dans un environnement complexe (diverses normes légales)

Personne organisée, rigoureuse et ouverte aux changements

Excellent sens de la collaboration et force de proposition

Aisance rédactionnelle

Maîtrise des outils MS Office
