Das familiäre Wohn- und Pflegezentrum Villa Sarona in Chur mit 37 Pflegebetten bietet Menschen im 4. Lebensalter ein liebevolles Zuhause. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines kleinen Parks. Der Bahnhof ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Assistentin/Assistenten Gesundheit und Soziales oder Pflegehelferin/Pflegehelfer SRK 50%

 

Ihre Aufgaben

* Betreuung und Begleitung der zugeteilten Pflege-Gäste * Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege, in der Bewegung und in weiteren alltäglichen Tätigkeiten * Anbieten von Alltagsgestaltung mit kreativen Beschäftigungen, Spaziergängen, usw. * Übernahme von Aufgaben als Bezugsperson * Teilnahme an Pflegerapporten und Weiterleitung von wichtigen Beobachtungen * Pflegeeinträge schreiben im Pflegedokumentationssystem CareCoach (Mobil möglich mit CareCoach-Smartphone) * Mithilfe bei logistischen und hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung AGS oder abgeschlossener SRK-Pflegekurs
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege von Vorteil
  • Eine herzliche und humorvolle Grundeinstellung
  • Freude an vielseitigen Herausforderungen
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
