Aufgaben

  • Termine organisieren, Korrespondenz, Dokumentenmanagement sowie unterstützen des Abteilungsleiters in sämtlichen Themen
  • Ausarbeiten, Prüfen und Verwalten von Verträgen (u. a. Miet-, Dienstleistungs- und Auftragsverträge) in Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Partner
  • Vorbereitung und unterstützende Begleitung von Vertragsverhandlungen unter Berücksichtigung relevanter rechtlicher, wirtschaftlicher und betriebsinterner Aspekte
  • Strukturierte Ablage, Überwachung und Nachverfolgung vertraglicher Dokumente sowie Pflege von Datenbanken und Fristenkontrollen
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Geschäftsberichten sowie Generalversammlungsunterlagen für die Tochtergesellschaften der Marché Restaurants Schweiz AG
  • Planung, Durchführung und Protokollierung von Verwaltungsratssitzungen sowie Generalversammlungen unter Einhaltung der Vorgaben und geltenden Governance-Regeln
  • Erstellung von Handelsregisteranmeldungen sowie Verwaltung und Archivierung von Beschlüssen; zudem Durchführung diverser Abklärungen mit Partnern und externen Stellen
  • Erstellung von entscheidungsrelevanten Unterlagen wie Präsentationen, Vorlagen und Auswertungen
  • Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen, inkl. öffentlicher Stellen, Tochtergesellschaften, externen Dienstleister und Behörden
  • Durchführung themenspezifischer Recherchen sowie Beschaffung relevanter Informationen zur inhaltlichen Unterstützung von Leitungsgremien und Projekten

Anforderungen

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Assistenz, Verwaltung, Recht oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit formellen Gremien, Beschlüssen, Handelsregisterthemen und Governance-Fragen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Word, Excel und PowerPoint
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Französisch und/oder Englisch von Vorteil
  • Diskrete, loyale und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit
  • Strukturierte, exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick, Belastbarkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
