  • Du organisierst und führst die Sekretariats- und Assistenzaufgaben für die Leitung der Business Unit Hydro Power und sorgst für einen reibungslosen administrativen Ablauf
  • Als proaktive Unterstützung koordinierst du Termine, Korrespondenzen, Sitzungen und Präsentationen und bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen sorgfältig auf
  • VR-Mandate und Sitzungen werden von dir administrativ betreut, Unterlagen aufbereitet und die entsprechenden Sekretariate geführt
  • Reisen im In- und Ausland sowie interne und externe Sitzungen, Workshops und Events planst und organisierst du selbstständig
  • Auch bei Sachthemen, Projekten, Personaladministration, Spesen, Rechnungen und weiteren organisatorischen Anliegen packst du mit an
  • Du unterstützt das Management-Team und die Mitarbeitenden der Business Unit Hydro Power und sorgst dafür, dass wichtige Informationen und Unterlagen zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet die Basis für deine Tätigkeit
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion mit und bist es gewohnt, mehrere Themen gleichzeitig im Blick zu behalten
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse zeichnen dich aus
  • Mit MS Office, insbesondere Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint und SharePoint, gehst du sicher und routiniert um
  • Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit gehören zu deiner Arbeitsweise, Verlässlichkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich, gleichzeitig bist du flexibel und dienstleistungsorientiert
  • Als Teamplayer mit einer offenen Persönlichkeit behältst du jederzeit den Überblick, setzt die richtigen Prioritäten und arbeitest zuverlässig und qualitätsbewusst
