Votre domaine d'action

  • Vous organisez et exécutez les tâches de secrétariat et d'assistance pour la direction de la Business Unit Hydro Power et assurez un déroulement administratif sans accroc
  • En tant que soutien proactif, vous coordonnez les rendez-vous, correspondances, réunions et présentations et préparez soigneusement les bases de décision
  • Les mandats et réunions du conseil d'administration sont administrativement gérés par vous, les documents préparés et les secrétariats correspondants tenus
  • Vous planifiez et organisez de manière autonome les voyages en Suisse et à l'étranger ainsi que les réunions, ateliers et événements internes et externes
  • Vous vous impliquez également dans les questions factuelles, projets, administration du personnel, frais, factures et autres préoccupations organisationnelles
  • Vous soutenez l'équipe de direction et les collaborateurs de la Business Unit Hydro Power et veillez à ce que les informations et documents importants soient au bon endroit au bon moment

Ce que vous apportez

  • Une formation commerciale ou une qualification comparable constitue la base de votre activité
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans une fonction d'assistance et êtes habitué(e) à garder plusieurs sujets en vue simultanément
  • Vous vous distinguez par d'excellentes compétences orales et écrites en allemand
  • Vous maîtrisez MS Office, en particulier Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint et SharePoint, de manière sûre et routinière
  • L'initiative personnelle et l'autonomie font partie de votre manière de travailler, la fiabilité et la confiance sont pour vous une évidence, tout en étant flexible et orienté(e) service
  • En tant que joueur(se) d'équipe avec une personnalité ouverte, vous gardez toujours une vue d'ensemble, fixez les bonnes priorités et travaillez de manière fiable et consciencieuse
