Die Gruppe zählt zu den führenden Unternehmensgruppen in den Bereichen Personentransport (Eurobus), Reisen ( reisen), Sachentransport (\-), Healthcare (knechtcare) und Nutzfahrzeuge (). Mit rund 3'000 Mitarbeitenden und 35 Tochtergesellschaften ist die Gruppe schweizweit tätig – im Familienbesitz und mit einer langen unternehmerischen Tradition.

Für den Verwaltungsratspräsidenten und Inhaber, Dr. , suchen wir per Jahresanfang 2027 oder früher eine erfahrene, diskrete Persönlichkeit: klassisch in Haltung und Sorgfalt, souverän im Umgang mit digitalen Werkzeugen. Jemanden, der mitdenkt, vorausschaut und zur festen Konstante im Umfeld der Gruppenführung wird.

Assistent/in des Verwaltungsratspräsidenten ============================================

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Sie entlasten den Verwaltungsratspräsidenten administrativ und organisatorisch und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Sekretariat
  • Sie führen die Agenda, koordinieren Termine und organisieren Reisen
  • Sie behalten Fristen und Pendenzen im Blick und sorgen für deren Nachverfolgung
  • Sie sind Ansprechperson für Behörden, Geschäftsführer/innen und Verwaltungsratsmitglieder
  • Sie verfassen Korrespondenz auf Deutsch und teilweise auf Englisch
  • Sie wirken bei ausgewählten Projekten innerhalb der Gruppe mit
  • Sie bereiten Unterlagen für Sitzungen des Verwaltungsrates auf und behandeln Dossiers mit absoluter Diskretion

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Umfeld einer Geschäftsleitung oder eines Verwaltungsrats
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Direktionsassistent/in oder gleichwertige Qualifikation von Vorteil
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache, gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveau B2\)
  • Diskrete, verbindliche und unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent
  • Sicher im Digitalen: Apple\-Umgebung, Kalender\- und Dokumentenmanagement in der Cloud, Videokonferenzen, digitale Ablage und Unterschriftsprozesse; Offenheit für neue Anwendungen
