Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Nach einer sorgfältigen Einarbeitung unterstützen Sie den heutigen Stelleninhaber im Tagesgeschäft und übernehmen schrittweise eigene Aufgaben. Perspektivisch besteht die Möglichkeit, den Bereich innerhalb von 1-2 Jahren selbstständig zu übernehmen.

  • Erstellen und Pflegen von Dispositions- und Sendungslisten sowie Lieferpapieren
  • Unterstützung bei der täglichen Fahrdisposition mit 6 eigenen Lastwagen sowie 3-5 externen Fahrzeugen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung von Anfragen in deutscher Sprache
  • Durchführung von Recherchen und Abklärungen
  • Stellvertretung des heutigen Stelleninhabers

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen (Outlook, Word und Excel) sowie sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch
  • Organisationstalent und Freude daran, auch in einem lebhaften Umfeld den Überblick zu behalten
  • Interesse an der Distributionslogistik und Bereitschaft, sich in diesen Bereich einzuarbeiten
  • Freude an einer vielseitigen Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Produktion und Endkunden
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerausweis der Kategorie CE von Vorteil
