Für die Senevita Sunnwies in Islikon suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ein/e/n Assistent/\-in Gesundheit und Soziales 80\-100% Assistent/ in Gesundheit und Soziales 50\-80% Was du bewirkst Fachgerechte und individuelle Grundpflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden Unterstützung der Pflegefach\- und \-Assistenz Personen bei der Umsetzung pflegerisch\-betreuender Massnahmen unter Einhaltung der Kriterien des Pflegeprozesses Unterstützende Mitarbeit bei Hotellerieleistungen (Essensservice etc.) Sorgfältige und lückenlose Führung der Pflegedokumentation Womit du dich auszeichnest Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Assistent/in Gesundheit EBA Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege und im Umgang mit älteren Menschen Anwenderkenntnisse der Software CareCoach (Pflegedokumentation) von Vorteil Empathische und resiliente Persönlichkeit mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft Gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutschkenntnisse Worauf du dich freuen kannst Umfangreiches und kostenloses Weiterbildungsangebot auf dem Senevita Campus und in der Senevita Akademie, das dich zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung inspiriert.
