Das bringst du mit: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales EBA - Empathie und die Fähigkeit, den Bewohnenden auch in stressigen Situationen Fürsorge und Ruhe zu vermitteln - Du hast eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Interesse an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Pflegequalität

Das bewirkst du bei uns: - Du begleitest unsere Bewohnenden durch den Alltag und trägst dazu bei, ihre Würde und Selbstbestimmung zu wahren - Pflege- und Betreuungsmassnahmen setzt du verantwortungsbewusst um und dokumentierst diese - Deine Mitarbeit in der Hauswirtschaft gewährleistet ein gepflegtes und hygienisches Wohnumfeld - Du wirkst aktiv bei den Einstufungen im RAI-/RUG-System mit

Das erwartet dich: Je nach Interesse und fachlichem Schwerpunkt findest du bei uns den passenden Einsatzort: - am Hauptsitz in Herzogenbuchsee mit zwei Häusern und rund 85 Bewohnenden im Bereich Gerontologie sowie der Lernarbeitsgemeinschaft für die Ausbildung von Lernenden - im Juradorf in Wiedlisbach mit 127 Plätzen mit den Pflegeschwerpunkten Demenz, Psychiatrie sowie Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung - in Attiswil in der kleineren, familiären Aussenwohngruppe mit 15 schönen Einzelzimmern - in Niederbipp mit 36 Bewohnenden im entstehenden Kompetenzzentrum für Palliative Care
