Unser Auftraggeber ist eine führende Schweizer Institution im Gesundheitswesen mit über 1000 Mitarbeitenden, die sich auf Altersmedizin, Psychiatrie und Rehabilitation spezialisiert hat. Das Unternehmen verbindet höchste medizinische Fachkompetenz mit einem patientenzentrierten Ansatz und bietet ein professionelles Arbeitsumfeld in der Region Basel. Zur Verstärkung eines hochspezialisierten Pflegeteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Pflegeassistent/in oder Pflegehelfer/in SRK (80-100 %). Deine Aufgaben

-Unterstützen bei Körperpflege, Nahrungsaufnahme, Ausscheidung und Mobilisation

- Übernehmen delegierter Aufgaben wie Temperatur- und Kreislaufmessung

- Durchführung prophylaktischer Pflegemassnahmen nach Pflegeplanung

- Gestalten der Patientenumgebung und Sicherstellen der Hygienemassnahmen

- Sicherstellen der Ordnung im gesamten Stationsbereich

- Dokumentieren der durchgeführten pflegerischen Handlungen

Dein Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als AGS, Pflegeassistent/in oder SRK-Pflegehelferkurs - Einfühlungsvermögen und Geduld im Umgang mit älteren Menschen - Belastbarkeit, Ausdauer und Gespür für Bedürfnisse anderer - Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch - Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein in der Pflegearbeit
