Für einen unserer Kunden im Kanton Bern suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und zuverlässige Assistentin Gesundheit und Soziales EBA / einen motivierten und zuverlässigen Assistenten Gesundheit und Soziales EBA.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen, Patienten sowie Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern
  • Mithilfe bei der Körperpflege, Mobilisation und bei alltäglichen Aktivitäten
  • Ausführung pflegerischer Aufgaben im Rahmen deiner beruflichen Kompetenzen
  • Unterstützung und Förderung der Selbstständigkeit der betreuten Personen
  • Beobachtung des Allgemeinzustandes und Weitergabe wichtiger Veränderungen an das Pflegefachpersonal
  • Unterstützung des Pflegeteams im täglichen Arbeitsablauf
  • Mitwirkung bei hauswirtschaftlichen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Einhaltung der geltenden Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Wertschätzender und respektvoller Umgang mit den betreuten Personen und deren Angehörigen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales EBA (AGS)
  • Freude an der Pflege, Betreuung und Begleitung von Menschen
  • Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
  • Einfühlsame, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
