Die Eugen Schäfer AG ist seit über 60 Jahren im Immobiliengeschäft, hauptsächlich im Raum Dielsdorf ZH, tätig.

Die Unternehmung ist in Privatbesitz, was sich auch im direkten und vertrauensvollen Umgang mit Mitarbeitern, Mietern und Partnern widerspiegelt.

Wir suchen eine zupackende Verstärkung unseres kleinen, bestehenden Teams vor allem in Hinblick auf die Vermarktung und Erstvermietung unserer neuen Überbauung in Dielsdorf aber auch für das Tagesgeschäft der bestehenden Liegenschaften.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Wiedervermietung von Wohnungen
  • Betreuung von Mietern und Mietinteressenten
  • Erstellung von Mietverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Übernahmeprotokolle sowie Abhandlung von Kündigungen
  • Koordination von Terminen und Aufträgen zwischen Mietern, eigenem Hauswartteam und Handwerkern
  • Abwicklung von Versicherungsfällen
  • Allgemeiner Telefon\- und Schalterdienst

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Erfahrung in Immobilienvermietung und \-verwaltung (mind. 3 Jahre)
  • Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, in einem kleinen, familiären Team anzupacken
  • Selbständige, verlässliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Korrespondenzkenntnisse in Deutsch
  • Führerschein Kat. B, eigenes Auto ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit AbaImmo (Abacus)
