Unternehmen und Ausgangslage

Die Künzli Sommer Frey AG mit Sitz in Zürich und Zug betreut anspruchsvolle Steuermandate nationaler und internationaler Klienten - sowohl im Bereich Corporate Tax als auch im Bereich Private Clients. Die KSF AG bietet ihren Klienten eine umfassende und nachhaltige Beratung mit den Schwerpunkten Zivil- und Steuerrecht. Ergänzend dazu erbringt das Unternehmen qualitativ hochstehende Treuhand- und Accounting-Dienstleistungen. 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie eröffnen Mandate, pflegen Dossiers sowie Daten in Vertec (CRM) und weiteren Systemen.
  • Sie unterstützen bei Korrespondenz, Eingaben, Präsentationen und administrativen Mandatsarbeiten.
  • Sie übernehmen Aufgaben im Fristen-, Termin- und Dokumentenmanagement und stellen eine zuverlässige Dokumentierung und Nachverfolgung sicher.
  • Sie erkennen sinnvolle Einsatzmöglichkeiten für KI, bringen Verbesserungsvorschläge ein und begleiten deren Umsetzung im Office-Alltag.
  • Als Teil des Office-Teams unterstützen Sie im Tagesgeschäft, insbesondere bei Post, Telefon, Empfang, Sitzungsorganisation und Stellvertretungen.

Was Sie mibringen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und 3 - 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Anwaltskanzlei, Steuerberatung, Verwaltung oder einem Treuhandunternehmen
  • Strukturierte, dienstleistungsorientierte, selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent
  • Sehr gute Microsoft-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (Vertec, von Vorteil)
  • KI-Affinität sowie Verständnis für Möglichkeiten, Grenzen, Datenschutz und Qualitätskontrolle bei ChatGPT, Copilot oder vergleichbaren Tools
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sind ein Muss
