Der Bereich bündelt unterschiedliche Funktionen, die für eine moderne, publikumsorientierte und zukunftsfähige SRG von zentraler Bedeutung sind. Er vereint strategische Publikumskenntnisse, die digitale Streamingplattform Play+, die transversale Daten- und KI-Governance, das Angebotsportfoliomanagement, sowie zentrale Inhalte-Genres, wie Fiktion und Sport. Ebenfalls dazu gehört das Angebot für die Auslandschweizerinnen und -schweizer, Swissinfo. Damit schafft dieser neue Bereich die Grundlage für ein attraktives Angebot der SRG, welches die Menschen in allen Regionen erreicht. Sie gestalten die Organisation und die strategische Ausrichtung dieser neuen Direktion mit, in einer Phase, die von finanziellen Herausforderungen, veränderter Mediennutzung und wachsendem internationalem Wettbewerb geprägt ist.

Play+ ist die neue Live- und Streamingplattform der Schweiz. Sie hat eine hohe strategische Bedeutung für die Zukunft und stärkt dabei eine moderne, userorientierte SRG. Data & AI Business verantwortet die Umsetzung der Data- und KI-Strategie und betreibt Data-Governance. Direkt den Leitungen Play+ und Data & AI Business unterstellt, engagieren Sie sich für die administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung u.a. durch:

  • Organisation von internen und externen Meetings, Reisen und Events in allen Regionen
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Präsentationen und Unterlagen
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für interne und externe Anfragen sowie professionelle Kommunikation (E-Mails, Korrespondenz, Briefings)
  • Administrative Unterstützung auch bei Personalein- und austritten: Koordination der IT-Accounts und Zugriffe, Schnittstelle zur IT (Ticketeröffnung, etc.)
  • Prozess für Reportings (Anmelden, Reminder, Versand) sowie für den SteA Play+ sicherstellen (Termine, Agenda, Versand)
  • Unterstützung und Ferienvertretung im Assistenzpool der Direktion Angebot

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Assistent:in
  • Nachweisliches Interesse an den Medien
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte und proaktive, selbstorganisierte Arbeitshaltung
  • Diskrete Handhabung sensibler Informationen und verlässliches Priorisieren von Anliegen
  • Digitale Affinität inklusive Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS 365-Tools
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse
