Aufgaben

  • Ergebnisorientierte und effiziente Warendisposition sowie Bewirtschaftung der Lagerbestände unter Einhaltung der Lieferbereitschaftsziele über die verantworteten Lieferant:innen sowie dem verantworteten Sortiment für eine oder mehrere Verteilzentralen
  • Planen, terminieren und überwachen von Beständen (Ware, Verpackungsmaterial, Rohstoffe) in Koordination mit dem Coop Category Management  bei Artikelwechsel, Sortimentswechsel, Neuheiten und Konzeptänderungen bis in die Verkaufsstellen
  • Bestellung und Koordination der Anlieferzeitpunkte von Promotionen mit den Verteilzentralen, Lieferant:innen und Verkaufsregionen
  • Regelmässige Analyse relevanter Daten und Kennzahlen sowie Ausarbeitung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen und deren Umsetzung
  • Eingabe, Pflege sowie Sicherstellung korrekter und vollständiger Stammdaten

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre oder ähnliches mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Supply Chain Management/Logistik
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP, BI und Office 365 (u.a. Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Engagierte und begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und einem hohen Mass an Eigenverantwortung
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz; für u.a. temporären Einsatz für einen definierten Zeitraum in der Westschweiz
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch; Italienisch und Englisch von Vorteil
