Für unsere neu geschaffene Position mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum suchen wir zur Unterstützung unserer Vertriebsleitung eine motivierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Zahlenaffinität, Organisationstalent und einem Gespür für Zusammenhänge als Assistent Vertrieb (w/m/d).

Was erwartet dich?

  • Unterstützung der Vertriebsleitung in strategischen, operativen und organisatorischen Themen
  • Erstellung, Analyse und Interpretation von Kennzahlen, Reports, Forecasts und Managementinformationen
  • Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Reports und die Koordination vertriebsrelevanter Themen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Erfolgsmessung von Vertriebs- und Marketingkampagnen sowie Durchführung von Zielgruppen- und Potenzialanalysen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Sicherstellung einer adressatengerechten Vertriebskommunikation
  • Durchführung von Schlüsselkontrollen sowie Unterstützung bei Compliance-, Risiko- und Qualitätssicherungsthemen im Vertriebsumfeld
  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Vertriebseinheit sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen

  • Du verfügst über eine Bankfachausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer analytischen, organisatorischen oder vertriebsnahen Funktion, vorzugsweise im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität sowie Freude an der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Vernetztes Denken sowie ein selbstständiger, strukturierter und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Qualitätsbewusstsein
