Per completare il nostro team dei Segretariati medici dell'Ospedale Regionale di Lugano cerchiamo un(a)

Assistente di studio medico (80% - 100%)

Profilo:

La persona che cerchiamo per rafforzare la nostra squadra è capace di gestire in modo efficace tempo e priorità, anche in presenza di carichi di lavoro elevati e situazioni di urgenza, inclusi triage telefonici. La/Il candidata/o ideale affronta con senso di responsabilità personale le proprie mansioni, è a proprio agio sia nel lavoro autonomo sia all-interno di un team dinamico, dimostra spiccate capacità organizzative e relazionali e attenzione concreta ai bisogni dei pazienti. Sa mantenere lucidità e controllo dello stress nei momenti di carico, mostra apertura all-apprendimento di nuove attività, spirito propositivo e orientamento al miglioramento continuo, grazie anche all-applicazione di un-autocritica costruttiva.

Requisiti necessari:

  • Attestato federale di capacità (AFC) quale Assistente di studio medico (obbligatorio!)
  • L-esperienza maturata nella funzione costituirà titolo preferenziale
  • Capacità di gestione delle urgenze, delle situazioni di stress e del triage telefonico
  • Forte senso di responsabilizzazione personale e capacità di autocritica costruttiva
  • Spiccata attitudine al lavoro in un team dinamico
  • Spiccata attitudine verso mansioni di assistenza al paziente e amministrative di supporto
  • Spiccata attitudine ad apprendere nuove mansioni e alla propositività
  • Buona conoscenza dei mezzi informatici. La dimestichezza con la cartella elettronica del paziente costituirà titolo preferenziale
  • Robusta padronanza della lingua italiana. La conoscenza parlata e scritta di altre lingue nazionali, così come della lingua inglese, costituirà titolo preferenziale.
