Deine Aufgaben

  • Du organisierst und leitest das Arztsekretariat und sorgst für ein reibungsloses Office Management.
  • Du führst und unterstützt eine dir unterstellte Mitarbeitende und förderst deren fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung
  • Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Rekrutierung und Anstellung von Mitarbeitenden im ärztlichen Bereich
  • Du verantwortest das gesamte Berichtswesen und stellst eine termingerechte sowie qualitativ hochwertige Dokumentation sicher.
  • Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung aller Arbeitsprozesse und Abläufe, arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen wie IT und HR zusammen und bringst dich aktiv in deren Weiterentwicklung ein.
  • Du koordinierst und planst patientenbezogene Termine sowie Dispositionen und sorgst für einen effizienten Ablauf.
  • Du bewirtschaftest die Agenda des Chefarztes und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Arbeitsalltag den Überblick.
  • Du unterstützt den Chefarzt bei diversen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben sowie bei Lehrveranstaltungen, Kursen, Tagungen und Benefits-Veranstaltungen.
  • Du führst anspruchsvolle externe Abklärungen selbstständig durch und stellst eine professionelle Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern sicher.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung als MPA, Arztsekretär/in mit eidgenössischen Fachausweis oder eine kaufmännischen Grundausbildung mit Spitalerfahrung
  • Eine Weiterbildung als Direktionsassistenz mit eidg. FA oder ähnlicher höherer Weiterbildung sowie Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion sind von Vorteil
  • Deine proaktive, gesamtheitlich denkende Persönlichkeit mit vernetztem und bereichsübergreifendem Denken sowie ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab
  • Dank deiner Koordinationsfähigkeit, deines Organisationsgeschickes und deiner Durchsetzungsfähigkeit bist du bereit für diese anspruchsvolle Funktion

Dein Lohn ##

Dein Bruttolohn liegt bei einem 100%-Pensum voraussichtlich zwischen 78'000 und 98'000 Franken pro Jahr.

Die genaue Lohnhöhe richtet sich nach deiner Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung. Im Verlauf des Auswahlverfahrens werden wir deinen Lohn aufgrund unserer Lohnrichtlinien festlegen. Bewerberinnen und Bewerber, die noch nicht über die erforderlichen Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen verfügen, können im Einzelfall auch unterhalb der Lohnbandbreite eingestuft werden. Für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten werden in vielen Fällen Zulagen ausgerichtet. Die weitere Lohnentwicklung richtet sich nach deinen Leistungen und den finanziellen Möglichkeiten der Eleonorenstiftung.
