assistentin geschäftsleitung, teilzeit 50-80%

aufgaben

  • sie unterstützen die geschäftsleitung in kaufmännischen sowie organisatorischen aufgaben und stellvertreten diese bei abwesenheit
  • dabei koordinieren sie die abläufe zwischen verwaltung, produktion, einkauf und verkauf
  • sie sind ansprechperson für mitarbeitende, kunden, lieferanten sowie partner
  • die unterstützung im einkauf, in einkaufsprozessen sowie im lieferantenkontakt gehört ebenfalls zu ihren anspruchsvollen aufgaben
  • zudem korrespondieren sie in deutsch, englisch und italienisch
  • auch projektbezogene sowie allgemein administrative aufgaben gehören in ihr vielseitiges aufgabengebiet
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 50 und 60% liegen sowie später auch auf 80-100% ausgebaut werden

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine ausbildung als kauffrau / kaufmann oder gleichwertig
  • erfahrung als gl-assistentin oder vergleichbar, möglichst in obigen aufgaben, ist wichtig
  • gute englisch- und italienischkenntnisse sowie erfahrung mit abacus ist ebenfalls erforderlich
  • bezeichnen sie sich als gut organisiert, flexibel, kollegial sowie pflichtbewusst und verfügen sie über eine hands-on-mentalität?
