Als Assistenz (m/w/d) bist du die erste Ansprechperson für interne und externe Anliegen und hältst unserer Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft den Rücken . Zuverlässig und diskret koordinierst und organisierst du Meetings – von der Terminkoordination über die Vor\- und Nachbereitung bis hin zur professionellen Betreuung der Mailbox. Als vertrauensvolle Schnittstelle priorisierst du Aufgaben vorausschauend, behältst auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe. Gemeinsam wachsen. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und die vielfältigen Themen, die du eigenverantwortlich steuerst, erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens. Als Organisationstalent behältst du die Fäden in der Hand: Du verwaltest den Themenspeicher, bereitest eigenständig Präsentationen vor – von der ersten Agenda bis zum finalen Dokument – und arbeitest dabei eng mit den Business Partnern aus HR, Finance und Marketing zusammen. Zudem setzt du eigene strategische Massnahmen um und koordinierst den Jahresplan für alle internen Initiativen. Die Aufbereitung von Unterlagen für Strategiemeetings rundet deinen Aufgabenbereich ab. Office Management von A bis Z. In dieser abwechslungsreichen Rolle sorgst du dafür, dass unser Office – insbesondere der Empfangs\- und Kundenbereich – eine einladende und professionelle Begegnungszone ist. Du stellst die ötigte Ausstattung sicher, kümmerst dich um eine funktionierende Infrastruktur und koordinierst externe Dienstleister wie das Facility Management, die Circle Community oder den Flughafenservice. Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse sind für dich ebenso selbstverständlich wie sehr gute PowerPoint/ Excel Kenntnisse. Dein fachlicher Hintergrund: Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
