Zur Verstärkung des Teams sucht das Unternehmen eine strukturierte, kommunikationsstarke Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung, die als zentrale Schnittstelle fungiert und operative Prozesse vorausschauend steuert.

Ihre Aufgaben - Zentrale Schnittstelle für reibungslosen Informationsfluss und Koordination - Steuerung der Agenda und professionelle Meetingvorbereitung sicherstellen - Administrative Prozesse kritisch hinterfragen und Digitalisierung vorantreiben - Geschäftsleitung operativ unterstützen und Projektumsetzung aktiv begleiten

Ihr Profil - Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium erforderlich - Mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Assistenzfunktion, idealerweise im Industrieumfeld - Sichere MS Office-Kenntnisse, besonders Excel und PowerPoint - Fliessendes Deutsch erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
