Assistenz Geschäftsleitung und Verbandsmanagement (40 %)

Für die Geschäftsstelle in St. Gallen suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine organisationsstarke, engagierte und initiative Persönlichkeit, die als Assistenz der Geschäftsführerin (40 %) gemeinsam mit ihr Verantwortung übernimmt und einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer sinnstiftenden Aufgabe leistet.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsführerin in administrativen, organisatorischen und kommunikativen Belangen und tragen wesentlich zu einem reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Geschäftsstelle bei. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Führung des Sekretariats sowie Bearbeitung der Post-, E-Mail- und Telefonkorrespondenz
  • Organisation, Vorbereitung und Protokollführung von Sitzungen und Versammlungen
  • Pflege der Mitgliederadministration und Unterstützung bei der Fakturierung
  • Unterstützung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Organisation von Mitgliederevents, Weiterbildungen und Fachtagungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Newsletter, Website, Publikationen und Social Media
  • Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung und Recherchen

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich. Kenntnisse eines Verbands-, Vereins- oder Nonprofit-Umfelds sind von Vorteil
  • Interesse am Sozialbereich sowie an verbandspolitischen Themen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an Organisation und Kommunikation
