So gestaltest du Gesundheit mit ###

  • Administrative Unterstützung der Leiterin Gesundheitsberatung & Services sowie der Fach- und Team-Coaches im administrativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Planung und Koordination von Terminen, Besprechungen und Anlässen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Korrespondenz und weiteren Unterlagen
  • Protokollführung bei Sitzungen und Nachverfolgung administrativer Pendenzen
  • Führung und Aufbereitung von Statistiken, Kennzahlen und Reportings
  • Erstellen von Auswertungen zu FTE, Absenzen und weiteren Kennzahlen
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Personalbereich (Dienstjubiläen, Geburtstage usw.)
  • Koordination und Unterstützung der internen Kommunikation

Das zeichnet dich aus ###

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenz-, Koordinations- oder administrativen Funktion
  • Erfahrung in der Aufbereitung, Analyse und Interpretation von Daten, Statistiken und Kennzahlen
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit Abacus oder anderen HR-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und mehrere Themen gleichzeitig zu koordinieren
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, Diskretion, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
