Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie betreuen im Schichtbetrieb selbstständig Patientinnen und Patienten aus dem gesamten Spektrum der interdisziplinären Akut\- und Notfallmedizin, von der ambulanten Notfallversorgung bis zur Behandlung kritisch kranker Patientinnen und Patienten.
  • Ihr Arbeitsbereich umfasst sowohl die Notfallstation als auch die integrierte Notfallpraxis. Sie übernehmen entsprechend Ihrer Erfahrung zunehmend Verantwortung in der selbstständigen Beurteilung, Diagnostik und Behandlung unserer Notfallpatientinnen und \-patienten.
  • Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre praktischen Fähigkeiten gezielt weiterzuentwickeln – unter anderem in der Notfallsonographie, im Schockraummanagement sowie in der NIV\- und High\-Flow\-Therapie.
  • Eine erfahrene kaderärztliche Betreuung ist 24 Stunden vor Ort gewährleistet. Gleichzeitig erwarten wir die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, klinische Entscheidungen aktiv mitzugestalten und sich engagiert in den anspruchsvollen Notfallalltag einzubringen.
  • Sie werden Teil eines hochengagierten, interprofessionellen Teams und arbeiten eng mit den verschiedenen Fachdisziplinen des Kantonsspitals Aarau zusammen. Eine aktive Beteiligung an unseren strukturierten Weiterbildungen sowie Interesse an der persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung gehören für uns selbstverständlich dazu.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über mindestens zwei Jahre klinische Berufserfahrung als Assistenzärztin/\-arzt an einem Akutspital in der Schweiz, vorzugsweise in der Allgemeinen Inneren Medizin, Chirurgie oder Anästhesiologie.
  • Sie interessieren sich besonders für die Notfallmedizin und befinden sich idealerweise bereits in Weiterbildung zum Schwerpunkt «Klinische Notfallmedizin SGNOR» oder möchten diesen anstreben.
  • Sie sind belastbar, flexibel und behalten auch in einem dynamischenNotfallbetrieb den Überblick und die notwendige Priorisierungsfähigkeit.
  • Gute Ultraschallkenntnisse sind von Vorteil; vor allem erwarten wir Interesse und Motivation, Ihre notfallmedizinischen Skills kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sie sind eine engagierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit und haben Freude daran, sich aktiv in unser hochmotiviertes, kollegiales und interprofessionelles Team einzubringen.
  • Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Bei ausländischem Arztdiplom setzen wir eine entsprechende MEBEKO\-Anerkennung voraus.
